The idea is to help you learn how to do the above in about ten weeks if you attend a Beginners Class, though you are free to take as long as you like. 
 
This is Grand Master Yang Zhengduo preforming the same section.
Aged 80 in 2006.
 
 
 
 
 As people age, it is reasonable to stand higher, shorten the steps, indicate rather than perform kicks and at any age remain comfortable. Doing the form is not intended as a competition against others.
